What can I expect in each box?
Each box contains a shirt & sticker featuring that month's brewery's logo, along with a brewery bio and a coupon that can be redeemed at the brewery.
When will I be charged each month?
Members will be charged at the time of sign-up, and then on the 1st of each month.
Can I skip a month?
Yes! In your membership portal you can pause your membership at any time.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel at anytime! There is no commitment required. Just make sure to cancel prior to the 1st of the month, when the card on file will be charged.
What shirt will I get if I sign up today?
You will receive that month's current box. For example, if you sign up on the 15th of March, you will receive the March box, and also the April box, and the months thereafter, as long as you're a member.
What is the return policy?
If you receive the wrong shirt or it is defective, we will send you a replacement shirt at no charge. Outside of an error or a defective shirt, we are not able to accept returns for these shirts, since they are made to order and limited edition. Customer service is our top priority, and if there are any issues we will work with you until we make it right.
Can I buy a shirt from a previous month?
Typically we do not keep many extras on hand. But if you send us an email and let us know which shirt you're looking for, we can certainly check to see if we have any on hand!
